I stumbled upon a recipe the other day and decided to give it a whirl...

I took a can of Garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed in cold water...tossed with a bit of olive oil and sprinkled with kosher salt, ceyenne pepper, garlic powder and oregano...then baked at 450 for 35 minutes...YUMMMY...and healthy!! I am on WW and the entire can of beans is only 3 points! (1/3 of the can is filling enough)...snack is high in protein, high in fiber, low in calories and low in fat!
