They were saying yesterday that one of the reasons is that the refineries are only running at about 75% of capacity when they should be around 90%. Also, June is typically the time you see the spike in price.

Sure 10 or 15 cents, but not everyday!

No, everyday. If they're only running at 75% daily, then we will see increases almost daily. I'm not worried yet though, it's still less than the $4 per gallon I paid last year!

I just heard that part of it's a sign that the world market thinks that the economy is going to start getting better and demand is going to increase. So you can consider it a good thing everytime you pay $3.

If you have a Sam's Club membership, they are always cheaper. We paid $2.63 the other day when everyone else was $2.79. That was at the Sam's Club on Carpenter and Michigan.

I be happy to pay that Just did the converson from litres to US gallon and were paying 3.73 a gallon and it will be worse by the summer

Agree!! They say we'll soon be over 3.00 a gallon- we're taking the RV out next week, at 8 mpg- guess I won't worry about it! If I was I would stay home and thats not happening!!
