So got the email on this weekends wine tastings. Not sure which one to go to:

Friday, March 13th: From 5:30 to 8:00, we'll be tasting a number of wines from Australia including Turkey Flat Rose 2008, the just released 2008 vintage of Layer Cake Shiraz, and Clarendon Hills Old Vine Grenache 2004.

Saturday, March 14th: Join us from 1:30 to 4:30 for a tasting of wines from all over California. Among the wines that we will be pouring are Cliff Lede Sauvignon Blanc 2007, Foxglove Chardonnay 2007, and Corison Napa Valley Cabernet 2003.

I'm curious about the Layer Cake...

aussie wines are very good .. thats the one I'd be heading to.

I go back & forth on the aussie wines. I like some, but then I just recently had the Mollydooker shiraz and their merlot and they were both too spicy for me
