I'm not sure what I did, or how I may have done it but my left knee hurts like hell!!! It's very tender, and heaven help me when I go up or down the stairs because that's when it hurts the worst!

Soooo who wants to trade for a pain free knee?

I'll trade you a left knee for a new right shoulder! I've had to have surgery once about 6 yrs. ago and the **** thing is starting to crap out again! Doesn't help when you have to lift 300lb+ folks on a routine basis! Hope the ice, advil and rest do the trick for you- hope you didn't tear anything in there!

Nope I want a pain free knee!

Apparently I'm going to have to get it checked out because today when I bend it the pain shoots up my leg This bites! I hate that I can't remember what I may have done to it.

In a heart beat - Short list - contusion to meniscus, sprained fibula, edema on the knee cap, ruptured upper and lower ham string, though not torn totally thru, and femoral contusions, as of MRI just done last Thursday!

My knees are terrible from all of the ski racing I did in high school. If I run too much, they hurt. If I go up too many stairs, they hurt. If I bike too much, they hurt. If I walk too much, they hurt.

Basically anything and they hurt.

I have an extra bone in my left knee and it's all messed up, so I doubt you want it!!

My left knee is doing just great...it is one of the few things that isn't hurting right now...so tell you what, I'll give you my left knee but you have to also take my big ol' preggo belly for the next couple weeks. LOL

Bad knees here too, and two tennis elbows. Only thing good I have left are ankles. How about one of them?

Nope on the trade. I have a bad left shoulder here! I have a calcium deposit in mine. They wanted to give me a cortizone shot in it and from what heard it hurts like hell so I said no. I'm going with pain meds right now and rest. See what happens.

Sorry about everyones knees though. Bummer.
