Last week the had the following choices at Half Price Books. I can't buy them all because I already have a bookcase stuffed with books I haven't read yet, but I'm going to buy some while they're 20% off this weekend.

I know some of you have read some of them, so which two, maybe three, should I get?

Jon Katz:
A Good Dog
The Dogs of Bedlam Farm
Izzy & Lenore

A Friend Like Henry, Nuala Gardner
From Baghdad with Love, Lt. Col. Jay Kopelman

Seems like there were a couple of others, but I'm drawing a blank on what.

Okay... help me shop. :)

1 vote for A GOOD DOG. Kleenex alert, though.

BEDLAM FARM is good, too, but I liked A GOOD DOG better.

I highly recommend A Friend like Henry. The dog isn't always at the fore front of the story but it is so heartwarming and had me in tears (in a good way) numerous times.
