I'm making a small pot roast with taters, carrots, parsnips, and onions.
I wonder if I could substitue chicken stock for veggie stock and leave out the chicken.....chicken, garlic, green onions, regular onions, shiitake mushrooms
(fishcake if desired)
sauce is: chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, mirin
then top w/egg
and serve over white rice. yum!!!!
