Grilling again! ;D Pork chops with a dry rub, scalloped potatoes, baked beans and broccoli salad. Yes, normally we don't eat this big, but mom's here. ;D

WW meatloaf, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
My husband is out of town, so this is a good time to get started back on my dieting. I had a hamburger without the bun, green beans, and a small salad.
I baked a big ole' ham yesterday, so it was green salad, scalloped potatoes (scratch) and leftover ham. I baked a lemon meringue pie today for dessert. We haven't had dessert in almost a week so I was due for some baking ;D

Some sort of stuffed chicken breast Rita bought last night, she says they are really good. I have some left over post roast from my weekend trip to fall back on if needed. ;D

molasses pork roast, BLT salad, and french bread. it was delish.
We're grilling sirloins, corn on the cob, BBQ bread, and we'll have a salad too.
We had sloppy joes and french fries.
