I made chicken and mozzerella raviolis with a sauce made with chicken broth, cream and parmesan cheese with onions, mushrooms, asparagus, garlic and diced chicken.
Last night I got as close to home cooked as I get these days... chicken fingers, oven baked potato wedges, and broccoli with cheese sauce (at least that was from scratch!).
I have about 2 cups of left over cheese sauce now, so will have to incorporate that into tonight's dinner...
