It's been a struggle for me, since DCG left. Breakfast inparticular!! My favorite meal of the day. :)

So I'm just curious what you bring to work on any given day? I'm the type that has to eat every couple of hours, small portions, but every couple of hours nonetheless.

Today I brought :

~Wheat bagel w/cream cheese for breakfast w/Cranberry Apple juice
~Tuna and tomato on wheat for lunch
Snacks :
~Baggie of Golden Grahams cereal
~Yoplait Lemon Meringue yogurt
~Dark chocolate/raspberry/almond chewy granola bar
~Devil's food pudding

People make fun of me at work because I'm always eating. :eek:

I eat bfst @ home. Today was a bowl of Banana Nut Cheerios.

Snacks for today: SB Cinnamon Raisin bar. FF Yoplait (Pineapple Upside-down cake)
Lunck for today: Couple of ounces of hummus + handful of Triscuits.

I try to eat something about every 4 hrs.

sometimes leftovers,sometimes actually often a lean cuisine pizza with a salad. Rarely do I eat out because I am lucky to get 5 min to myself. If I do, it is subway.
I also like to have snacks. This time of year it is usually strawberries or mixed berries.

Left overs from the night before or I buy lunch or eat one of those Korean Noodle bowls.

I eat a burrito bowl from Chipotle once a week. I have to! I am addicted!

Also eat sunflower seeds all day long :p I am addicted to those suckers as well!

Today I brought left overs
1) Fried potato cake type thing (indian food). Dont know what to call it. It was left over appetizer from my cousin's daughter's birthday
2) Shish kabob (birthday left over)
3) Fried Rice


Eating sunflower seeds right now though :)

My days I work I take my three meals with me (long days).
I also eat small meals with snacks.
Breakfast is yogart, trailmix(home made), fruit
lunch...chicken salad with lite ranch dressing, fruit, 100 cal pack of whatever and skim milk.
snack..100 cal pack of whatever
dinner healthy choice of whatever, fruit, skim milk.
snack at home......small sliver apple pie and skim milk!!!

I've listed only what I eat AT WORK.

Not the 583 frozen Peppermint Patties I nom-nom-nom through when I get home.

Well I'm not trying to lose weight by any means, just trying to maintain my current weight.

Tuna = protein
Almonds = protein
Yogurt = protein

:)

Breakfast: organic poptart, or mini pb crackers and an apple, or sliced strawberries w/1 cup of plain yogurt and wheat germ, or organic raisn bran cereal w/1 cup milk

Lunch: Usually leftovers.

Snack--usually fruits and veggies. Sometimes I bring in mini pickles, or applesauce, or 3-4 cups popcorn, or a pear...

Today:
BF: Organic poptart (2)
Lunch: 2 chicken sausages, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (cooked) with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese, and a cup of watermelon
Snack: fruit salad made up of a cup of canteloupe, sliced strawberries, and grapes

I bring in my own glass containers so it can get a bit cumbersome to bring too much more.
