Me? Not so hot.

I exercised 5 days this week and figured out how to work our morning schedule so a couple of days I can have longer treadmill sessions.

I counted calories and was a good girl...until Friday when it all went to pot. Dinner specials at some fancy restaurants lured us into Hartford. I tried my best, but ... sigh...

And then we went to NYC for the first in 5 years and I HAD to get a bagel. You just can't get a bagel like that around here. I scooped off 3/4 of a cup of cream cheese off the darn thing. And I walked all over the city...but we had lunch at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. I didn't get the chocolate dessert though...even hubby was impressed.

So...I think I'm flat for the week, but have renewed energy and determination to get back on track. I"m not even getting on the scale till Wednesday.

I'm doing pretty well, 6 lbs down! I have cheated here and there. I ran w/ most of my classes in the gym today, so every hour I was getting cardio.
