I lost nothing last week, but I was down 1.5 lbs this morning. I have not been very consistant with my exercise :-\

I lost the pound I had gained. So now I am back to the 1.5 total loss here and 12# since I started on my own. I was hoping to be doing better than this. I just got my knee feeling better and now I have a torn rotator cuff. Can't win! At least I can start walking, if the weather would ever get nice.
