I made an appointment for Odie to go to the vet tomorrow for his intermittantly bum left front leg. I'm hoping it's nothing serious that requires long term treatment and tons of money. I'll update this when I get back from the vet

Alright, I just got back from the vet. They took two X-rays of his left front leg and all the joints look good. What she did find was a thickening or inflamation of the bone marrow just above his wrist. I forget the technical term she used. Something with an E.

She says this is common with dogs around 9 months of age, but not unheard of with a dog his age. He's about a year and four months. She said that it should heal on it's own in a month or two. So thats good.

So all I had to pay for was the doctors visit $36 and two x-rays $87. Not too bad considering I was expecting to pay well over $200 for this. So I guess I'm happy

Hope the vet is right and Odie is back to his normal self soon. And also glad that it didn't hit your back pocket too hard!
