I am never late, but I despise being 15 to 30 minutes early so you have to drive around, or sit in the car or elsewhere, cooling your heels - or worse, knock on someone's door half an hour before they are expecting you. People who call for an appointment with my husband (for plumbing work) and will get back if there's a problem. Never get back with you then when you call to confirm the appt. Oh, that doesn't work. Here call this #. Then that number has a full mailbox and you have to leave a call back # and then even with all that, NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK!! FRIG that burns my ass. Especially since my husband works a full time job during the day and is trying to build up our business at night and on Saturday. H-E-L-L-O!!! your time isn't the only one that's important.
