I bought a Bissell pro 2X vacuum cleaner especially for pet hair. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to use the attachments. And the instructions are confusing as heck. Can someone who owns this help me please. Thanks.

Sorry I'm confused I have the 2X steamer which is fine. The one I'm asking about is the Pet Eraser Vacuum which is especially for picking up pet hair.
