The Prednisone is helping a lot, she can walk without too much pain and is able to sit and lay down more easily. She has to stay as quiet as opssible to prevent the tumor from rupturing. Surgery and the biopsy will be the telling point Wednesday afternoon. They will remove the spleen and tumor, biopsy the tumor, and possibly take a small sample of the liver to biopsy if the tumor is a hemangioma. That is a fairly benign tumor but has a tendency to 'seed' iteself, and spread. I am not thinking about it possibly being cancer.
