It's not a bonus, unless a miracle has occurred. All bonuses and raises were iced as of 3Q08 and, to the best of my knowledge, remain frozen.

I thought maybe it was related to my asking for a promotion, but was told that the position was remaining open.

But maybe he changed his mind???
