I am still trying to figure this out with my 6 year-old obedience show dog! I get her out of the training building by literally taking her collar in one hand and holding a treat to her nose in the other hand as we walk past the "new dogs" in the next class to get out the door! I do highly recommend "Control Unleashed" also - I would still be doing all the wrong stuff if I hadn't read it.
