My sister told me about this revelation her 5yr old made to her today while she was brushing her teeth and he was using the toilet:

"You know, Mommie, sometimes when I use the downstairs bathroom I just pee in the trashcan instead of the toilet."

She said at least now she knows why that bathroom always smells a little off.

My youngest step-granddaughter, when she was about 4 years old, had a habit of throwing her used toilet paper in the trash instead of the toilet. It took her mother a while to convince her that not ALL paper goes in the trash!

That is so funny, kids say the darndest things!! You have to love that innocence. It never returns as they grow up.

I kinda think the funniest thing is how it took no prompting. He just came out and told her he pees in the trashcan. He's crazy.
