Well the holidays, birthdays and parties are all over for a while, and I gained 5 pounds since October. I knew I was over eating, but just didn't care~at the time~. Now I care and I am back to counting calories and writing everything down. I guess the only good thing is that it is only 5 pounds. Think I'll start logging in my weight each week again.

October 1 2008: 132
January 6, 2009: 137

You didn't do that bad, I know when you see your weight going up it's upsetting, I always heard women do go up 5lbs, so that's not bad at all. I should log in my weight too, but only when I get down 50lbs from here :laugh:

I actually held my own, but after looking at my pictures from DS's ceremony the othe night I need to get to work :vomit:! I have 6 months to do the before and after pictures- I am so motivated! :happy:

Linda, 5lbs is not so bad. I heard some where that most people gain significantly more over the holidays.

I weigh in at Weight Watchers tomorrow night, so I will see how I fared over the holidays.

Hopefully, watching what I ate & getting plenty of exercise will pay off.
