Lost three and a half pounds this week-that makes 10 altogether. I swear by the nil point soup for lunch at work. So easy to make and it means I still have plenty of points to play with:)

I just throw whatever veggies I have lurking in the fridge (or even frozen ones), onion and garlic, two cans of tomatoes and make it up with vegetable stock. Because I like mine with a kick I also put some chillies in. Just cook for about 20 mins and then blitz it-either partially or fully whatever you prefer
