Oh, forgot one thing....all dogs go nekkid in the house and yard. Collars are only for traveling. Don't want accidents.

I got an adjustable collar that has been through three dogs. Mya will be able to wear it till about 9 months old. Don't know if I can wait that long to get her a cool new one though! I also take the collar off unless we travel, but not until they are really well trained. We live close to a busy road.

I buy the small (1/2" thick or so) quick release adjustables, and recycle them thru pups as well. The small ones last thru ~20 wks or so for me, at which point I go to a medium thick version. Sonya (6 mos) is almost to the end of that one though, so time to take her shopping... -Anne

Yes, it's official, Henery is getting a new yellow baby sister hopefully by this time next year!! (if the dog fertility gods see fit!). The litter of blacks and yellows is expected this winter.

Henery is nekkid too unless we're outside on a walk or travelling. But those of you who know me, know my collar obsession!! : I just had to get the future pup baby pink collars!!
