It's 6:15 and I'm DONE for the day! Eeeee! There's no homework to do with Darbi. No reading to do. No folders to dig through or papers to sign. No making sure that baths are taken before 8 and kids are tucked in by 9. I don't have to make sure all of Darbi's clothes are washed or pick out school clothes for tomorrow. All I have to do is clean up the dinner dishes. Ahhh....so refreshing. This is nice.
Come August, I'll be doing all of that for 2 kids instead of 1. But that's ok because I'll have 8 kid-free hours to relax. :laugh:
