we'll help Jake cross the bridge. He hasn't been eating. His nose bleed gets worse everyday. He will not get better. It's time.

Once he gets to the bridge it'll all be good. He'll get to see Moose again. He'll get to meet his older brother Nick. He'll be able to breathe freely. He can chase the tennis ball all he wants.

My biggest worry is his brother Beau. They've been together since birth. Beau is going to be very sad. Very lonely. He'll miss the hell out of Jake. I've told Poppa he's gonna need extra TLC.
