And I was yelling at Cameron and Tucker. How great is that?? LOL

The reason she was here is because some woman approached a mother with an infant and tried to grab him. It happened at the end of our street and the woman in question said she lived on our street. But no one fitting her decription lives on our street.

OMG, how scary!

I love walking past people's houses at night in the summer when their windows are open, you can almost hear their conversations. Puts me in check when I start to yell at one of the girls. I'll have to stick to wintertime yelling, lol!

Too true, Jo! LOL.

Cameron was trying to open the front door with Tucker standing behind him barking and neither were listening. IT was a bit of mass chaos. lol.

As to what happened at the park. It seems really odd. Like maybe an unstable person seeking out an infant. She talked to the mom on one day and asked things like where she lived and if they could get together for a playdate. Then the next day, she was on the woman's front lawn and asked to hug and kiss the baby. When the mom refused, the woman tried to grab the baby out of her arms. She doesn't match any people we see frequent our area.

(I am still laughing at winter-yelling). We don't have any close neighbors, so I don't have to worry about that. :)

WTF is wrong with people?! So what - the woman ran off and the victim called the cops and reported the details?

scary!

wait, she gave her address to some random stranger? that must have been really scary for her, but that was so not a smart move.
That was my first thought too.

Yes, Amy, that is what happened. She called the police after the lady tried to snatch her son out of her arms. Obviously the crazy lady is not playing with a full deck.

It is scary. We live in a nice part of town. Very kid friendly, tonnes of young families. Kids are always outside playing. The park is literally at the end of my street. I can see the swings from my front yard. And when kids are not in school, the park is always busy. During the school day, it is still used a lot, but not nearly as busy as when school is out.
