OMG I am so sore...I exercised yesterday before work. It was the first time in way too long. I have founds muscles I didn't know I had. I can't squat down to pick up anything today. I need to keep moving but I have a sit down job...when I do get up I look like an 80 year old trying to move :D

Sorry to hear you're sore but it's better to be sore from doing something than to be sore from doing nothing. (feel free to smack me, if you're not too sore;))
