It has a personal bed with a fan, spill proof water bowl, ramp that pulls out, special seat covers, even dog bone floor mats.

I still would not buy one! It looks like a box of crackers on wheels.

very nice; but wish they could make it a bit more attractive. i like the hosing out feature. now when i ride in the surburban with the windows down; yellow dog hair blows all around me like snow!

I have a friend that has one. I call it the box on wheels. One thing he liked about it was that he could hose it out. They have a Golden. Doc likes to stick his noe out the sun roof.

The Element has really grown on me. I think it looks a lot different depending on what color it is also.

I like that they really thought of what a dog needs. Yet I wish my odyssey had the ramp. My dog still wants a hoist into the truck.

Word of warning! You CANNOT hose them out. There are no drain holes in it. You Can however, wipe it out very easily, and there isn't much for doghair to stick to, so it sweeps out very easily. I don't mind that some people don't like how it looks - I think you either love or hate them. I always liked how they looked, but it took a while (and a test drive) for the inside to grow on me. The only other vehicle that I think looks cooler, and has to be "more fun" to have is the Toyota FJ Cruiser - but doesn't get good enough gas milage for me. (I also liked Dipetes jeep - but too small for all the stuff I carry)

Neat features. I like how they're considering pets now. I want an Element for our kids. They're A LOT worse on our vehicles than the dogs are.

Sorry Amy--FJs get really terrible ratings, really subpar for Toyota. They do look nicer than the Element, though.

When we were at the dealership buying our Accord and Civic, they guy really tried to sell us an Element. I liked how the seats folded, but didn't like how they then blocked a lot of the windows! I just don't find them very attractive, but I guess I'm sort of a car person.
