Paid $2.88 this morning in Mid-Michigan. Every other station I found here was $2.98. I was giddy that I found one before they changed the price. LOL

We paid $2.99 in SE Michigan yesterday. Friday night on our way to dinner, we saw it for $2.85. Should have filled up in Southgate!

$2.99 Obscene. Are they even trying to give us a good excuse reason now, or are we finally beyond all that. (No refineries on fire, no 'unrest' issues, they're not bothering to even BS us anymore, are they.)

I go out of my way not to drive far anymore, and if I have to go far, I drive at a ridiculous 55 to try to save gas.

When we left home (baltimore) it was up to $2.83

Down here at the beach (Ocean City, MD) it's about $2.67 or $2.69 depending on if you're up or downtown (haha)

Two refineries (LA and OK) have been/are on fire, and they requisite blame on Mid-East tension.

It's summer, we use a heck of a lot more gas in the summer, so don't expect them to go down until fall. Wait until the first hurricane hits - if one goes through the Gulf my bet is $4.00/gallon before summer is over (at least here, gas is $2.95 now). Some places could be well over that.
