I wouldn't be surprised if there is something wrong with it. They crap out a lot. Did you get insurance on it? If so, don't feel bad going in there and telling them to replace it. The crappy thing is that they don't give you another brand new one.. they give you "refurbished" ones that often have the same if not worse problems than the one you just replaced. It's a vicious cycle!
Not the phone - totally user error. I'm figuring it out though.
I've talked to several people that haven't had any problems with theirs. I didn't get the insurance, never have - that covers it if I drop it or whatnot. If the phone just dies, that's under warranty. Not gonna pay extra.
The Mobile TV is going to come in very handy during March Madness(tm)!
