The only bad news of the day, someone tagged our retaining wall

We live on a hill and have a rather large retaining wall, we've been here 16 yrs. and have never had anything like this happen before-UGH Luckily we have left over paint from when we painted a year ago. so I went out there and painted it as soon as I noticed it! DH and DS thought I should of had the cops come out just in case it was gang related- I think it was just some kids being stupid, so I didn't think about it! I just wanted it gone! I guess if it happens again I'll call, crap why do they do things like this!!!

Yep.

Maybe we should cut her some slack since she was a crime victum this weekend. Seems the proper thing to do to me, but on the other hand it has to be somehow her fault, she could not be a poor innocent victum.

Most likey those poor misused kids who did it will have their lawyer there to sue her real soon, destroying artistic tallent, might have even got a grant from somebody like The National Endowment for the Arts to do that to her fence. That means she's gonna be in big trouble soon.

Nope, not really, neither of us needs to see a shrink cause we blame everything that goes wrong on someone else, plus neither of us would vandlize yer fence or anything else like that. (I hate that word "tagging" sounds like an excuse rather than a senseless crime.

I'm sure there are some, even folks on this board who would say this is too harsh and to have someone with a fancy degree sit down and explain to them the error of their ways would be the best thing to do. That is unless it was their fence that got vandalized.
