I just switched Tucker to Innova Evo Red Meat. He is 1 year old and has been holding at 60 lbs for a few months now. I have read a bunch of threads here saying that it contains a lot of calcium and that dogs can't excrete the excess calcium until 6-9 months. I should be ok that he is a year right? I talked to the guy at the pet food store and he said it was ok but he wasn't someone I recognized. The owner is very knowledgable. What do you think?

Evo says that:
Animal feeding tests using AAFCO procedures substantiate that EVO Red Meat Small Bites Dry Dog Food provides complete and balanced nutrition for ALL LIFE STAGES.

It is formulated for all life stages, but it is not appropriate for large breed puppies and Lab pups. However, you are right - at one year he is fine.
