Probably because it's lower in sugar, and more importantly for weight loss/management, fewer calories than any of the others they listed (aside from the 1/3 bar of Snickers, but who in the hell eats a Snicker's bar 1/3 at a time?).Funny that they are advocating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups as a good snack because it is lower in sugar than other candy bars - it is one of the worst offenders in grams of fat.
I love the cin. bun one!!Mine too. I adore the cinnamon bun flavor.
Guess I'd be better off having Skittles for breakfast......
Mmmm, love Yoplait! Not very fond of the cinnamon bun one, though. Lemon meringue!Mine too. I adore the cinnamon bun flavor.
Amen!!! Not to mention that Yoplait and all those yogurts, your getting high fructose corn syrup which is the devil in disguise.Try plain yogurt with fresh strawberries and a little agave nectar...much tastier and lower in sugar!
Despite the high sugar in some fruits, you have to think about what you're getting overall, too. Even with watermelon you are getting a fresh fruit with vitamins and no preservatives...doesn't compare to any off the shelf sweet snack. You get a lot more nutritional bang for your buck even with a higher sugar fruit or veggie.
