Now I want a Mike's Hard Lemonade - despite the warning that alcohol & sugar = killer hangover!

Neat website though - it is surprising how much sugar is in some fruit/vegetables.

Funny that they are advocating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups as a good snack because it is lower in sugar than other candy bars - it is one of the worst offenders in grams of fat.
Probably because it's lower in sugar, and more importantly for weight loss/management, fewer calories than any of the others they listed (aside from the 1/3 bar of Snickers, but who in the hell eats a Snicker's bar 1/3 at a time?).

Now I know why the SB Purge advises against all fruits, and even when you're thru that regimen, it's advised -- from a carb standpoint, at least -- to avoid bananas, watermelon, and pineapple.

Mine too. I adore the cinnamon bun flavor.

Guess I'd be better off having Skittles for breakfast......

Try plain yogurt with fresh strawberries and a little agave nectar...much tastier and lower in sugar!

Despite the high sugar in some fruits, you have to think about what you're getting overall, too. Even with watermelon you are getting a fresh fruit with vitamins and no preservatives...doesn't compare to any off the shelf sweet snack. You get a lot more nutritional bang for your buck even with a higher sugar fruit or veggie.

Amen!!! Not to mention that Yoplait and all those yogurts, your getting high fructose corn syrup which is the devil in disguise.
