Is there something I don't understand all this, they said water slides in their stimulus? Can I get a water slide in my backyard, I won't use as much gas to drive to the water park, so I'll be helping the envirnment, I feel like all these people have is a bunch of excuses to get what they want, maybe it's just me.

I do, that should be up to the l;ocal community, not the Feds. BTW the backlash locally on the proposal our Mayor/City Council had for a rebuild of the local city owned golf got it pulled pronto and an apoligy from the mayor.
