I get the same socks for both me and Denny, since I wear a size 8 in men's and he wears a 13. Problem is, once he's worn "my" socks (especially the ankle ones), they stretch out to fit his clown feet! So I try to keep my socks separate from his. I only wear socks during December-February/March, and that makes it easier.

I wear a size 11 shoe - which is bigger than a size 11 sock. The regular socks cramp my toes and slide off my heel. It's hard to find a plus-size sock for women, and most men's regular socks are just enough too big to bunch up and be uncomfortable. I did find some men's socks that were a perfect fit at the Monroe Outlet Mall, but that store closed. :(

I wear a size 9 shoe which should be fine for socks, I'd think. I like the short ones - I don't know what they call them, the ones that only come up just barely past the top of your shoe. But the back always slides down so that my shoe rubs my heel. Maybe I just need to try a different brand?
