On sunday and today I went a 3.25 km (2 mile) course where on sunday I ran 2 mins, walked one min intervals and today I did 2.5 mins (run ) and 1 min (walk) intervals. So I figure I ran around 2.5 km. half way to my goal of running a 5 km (3 miles) adn it was easier today then sunday :) I love the feeling of pushing myslef and achieving :)

Awesome Rosanne! :D Are you following the Couch to 5K program?

A year or two ago I thought I would try it. Printed all the stuff off the internet. But, I didn't stick with it. My old knees really started to hurt. :-\ I wonder if I had stuck with it, if the pain would have eventually subsided??

Keep up the good work! You are such an inspiration! :)
