http://www.merlinsbox.com/Bungee-Card-Case-Metal-Wallet-p/56-bngcd.htm

Those metal bungee card cases & wallets that are so popular, at least around here. I had to get the card case size to stuff all of my club cards & discount cards as I got a lovely new red leather new wallet & decided I didn't want to stretch it out to ridiculous proportions with all of these cards we have to haul around. I jusy keep my license, health cards, debit & credit card in my actual wallet. the rest goes in that bungee-thing.

I said I wasn't going to hop in the trend, but they are just so convenient. I picked up a larger wallet one for Steve to put his business cards in. it keeps them crisp & unbent, so they look nice when he hands then out to his clients.

It looks cool, but to me it would be just another thing to rifle through to find The Card. I finally got a wallet small and flat enough to accommodate just the things I need. But then, I don't carry around a lot of stuff.

Bungee card holders, "wallets", Ipod & nano holders, change holders, etc. They seem pretty popular. I need one as I always have gift cards & such to carry. I'd hate to get to the store & have left my "$10 off" card or my "save 20% card", especially for the kid's clothing stores.

A lot of people are using them for actual wallets. especially the "outdoorsy" type guys.

Would it be uncomfortable to put in your back pocket?
Not sure. No more so than a wallet, I suspect. I do see lots of guys with them. the man at the store said he likes his because his cards don't get worn or bent to the shape of his butt like they do in his leather wallet, lol!

If a man were wearing dress pants, he could also slip it in his front pocket. The business card one that I bought for me is exactly the size & shape of a Blackberry. the wallet size one is a bit bigger.

Hhmm That's plenty of room for the stuff in my wallet- think.
The wallet ones are slightly larger and have one clear side, I assume in case you want you driver's license to show. The one I have will not hold anything larger than a standard credit card. you can toss a key & change in too, if you only have 4 or 5 cards. I just find it really handy to reduce over-stuffing my leather wallet. =)
