I would assume it's because they have too many?

Also I think the reason why the dogs cost more is that it's more work to keep them and they want to make sure the new owners are financially stable enough to at least pay some of the upfront costs so having a $200 adoption fee weeds out a lot of "bad" owners.

LOL... I don't need to know what it is... as long as the temperment/exercise needs are appropriate...

8 months... means she's probably potty trained already right? :)

I know you didn't ask, I was saying what I think she looks like. :)\

8 months, yea she should be potty trained. It depends on how she was raised up until this point though.
