I'm also interested in this. I tried "fix red eye" from serif photo plus, but the program doesn't recognise the glow as red eye.

Any tips?

I use Microsoft Picture It 7

Use "effects" - "paintbrush"  Then use black to paint over the glowing eyes.  Adding a white dot as a light reflection makes it look more natural.

I have found the best way, if your camera accepts them, is to use an external flash attachment. I have one by SunPak and use it indoors when taking photos of the dogs. The flash does not aim directly at them that way and avoids that yellow eye. I haven't found the perfect program that corrects it very well.

Totally off subject but Luna has quite the guitar setup!

I'll have to play around with my Photoshop to see if I can find a way (I have only used it for simple resizing and need to get off my butt and learn to really use it :-\).
