Well I took it back to the Coach Outlet store & they immediately exchanged it. She said they always do that if they have the same thing in the store. Then the manager came over & said she was sorry that happened & she saw that I just bought it a month ago. So for having to bring it back...she said if I wanted to look at the purses on the far shelves...she would give it to me for 1/2 off the ticket price. Woohoo!!!!
I wasn't passing that up. So I also got a navy blue coach....I have been wanting one but never saw them in any stores.
