I found this red mark on my labs lower tummy. Has anyone ever seen something like this or have any idea what it could be?

It is probably a bug bite of some sort. Bauer gets these quite often:

It could also be that he/she was biting at himself/herself because of a bite or itch.

Looks like a classic black fly bite to me. We used to get a ton of calls about this at the vets because people would think it was ringworm.
