Fitflops...

Yep, you read that right...not flip flops but fitflops!! Due to all of the walking and steps I climb day in and day out for work I have been buying better shoes, albeit an extremely costly luxury.

Fitflops are not fancy and similar to a flip flop but much more substantial and supposedly exercise the calf and thighs (don't know how true this is), their comfort for the heel and metatarsil (sp??) are unmatched! They run around $49.99 and come in a myriad of colors.

I second that !

I just got a pair myself a week or so ago!
I dont feel it exercising any body parts, but I work
out alot.
However, they are EXTREMEMLY comfortable and
supportive !!

I think 20/20 did a story on this last year, they don't actually get you into shape but they are comfy.

I have a pair but I don't like mine--they don't fit right across the top of my foot. Kmart supposedly makes a knockoff that is pretty good. I have the real thing but I got them online on clearance for $25.

I have been wearing FitFlops since last year and LOVE them! I think they are really ugly (they look like clunky flip flops) but I can walk forever in mine!
