I've gotthis from another list i'm on:

For those who don't know, I'm a contributing editor at Universal Press
Syndicate's Pet Connection, which is a syndicated pet column appearing in
more than 70 newspapers nationwide. We have been covering the ongoing pet
recall story in our column as well as, much more thoroughly, on our blog.

The FDA said at a press conference this morning, which I "attended" via
phone, that the contaminated wheat gluten was sold to another pet food
company as well... one that makes dry as well as wet food. They wouldn't
release the name of the company, which is just lovely.

Hills has issued a recall on Dry cat food the "science diet m/d" and say it is from the same supplier and batch of wheat gluten that menu foods used. go to hillspet.com
