I doubt a reputable breeder would go within a mile of a "network" like this. They've got other breed networks as well the the Yorkies.

Maybe not strictly a mill, but certainly a variation on a theme.

I'm thinking more like a broker. Of course, it could be just what it says it is, a network of Yorkie breeders. What I really don't like is they don't list who the breeders are. That in iteself has me thinking broker.
