A friend of mine is looking into making a website for her business. Nothing fancy, just basic info, a few different pages, some pictures, etc.

I'm not too familiar with all of the programs out there, but I've used things like FrontPage and the like.

Any free or low-cost programs that anyone can recommend?

If she has a domain and webspace at GoDaddy.com they have templates, I believe.
