Long time members will probably remember Tammy and Mo. Her screen name was Mo's Mom, but I don't think she made the move here with us.
Mo has been having a rough time the last few months. He has been ill on and off and the vet was never really able to nail down what his problem was. A month or two ago they finally figured it out, Lepto and Hepatitis
His liver is slowly being destroyed by the disease and at this point his body is no longer making red blood cells at all. He is jaundice and lethargic and it does not look good for the big chocolate boy.
I talk to Tam on a regular basis and she was pretty upset this morning. Mo has been her one constant for the last 10 or 11 years. Through divorce, moves, changes of jobs, he has been there for her. She does not know how she will go on without him. I know how she feels and I am sure many of you have been through the same feelings.
Tam does not know I am posting here, but I just wondered if anyone would be willing to send her just a short email of support or good wishes for Mo? I know she would be so thrilled to hear from anyone and know that she has friends who care about Mo. I don't think she would mind me posting her email address, it is mastermosmom @ yahoo.com (remove the spaces in front and behind the @) Even just a few short sentences to let her know we are thinking of her would be great.
