This afternoon when I went out to shoot the stone fence about 10 miles away, I passed a couple of roadside memorials and lots of houses with flags in the yard. Wouldn't memorials have been a perfect topic for the current challenge? There has to be lots of memorial services, parades, flags, etc. to photograph.

You could always go back... If anything, I think that type of picture would be something you would want to add to your portfolio.

Oops! Guess I should make this clearer. The opportunity I missed was to have the challenge be Memorials instead of Fences!!! Seems like that would have been very appropriate for this week.
