I made a quiche on the grill lastnight for dinner and it came out better than ever!! Six eggs beaten, 2 cups cheddar, fresh spinach sauteed in garlic. Holy crap!!!!!!!!! It's an excellent mid-morning snack. :D

I used a frozen deep dish crust.
