We started a new class session last night and we are taking 2 classes..a 45 minute skills class and our regular competition 1 class..

Last night our skill was working on wraps and flips (or turns)..we got a real workout on these..

Then in our regular class we were running some 10 obstacle sequences with jumps and a tunnel..he did really good there too..most of the problems we had were with my handling but we are really getting a good idea of how I have to handle him (which is soooooooo different than how I had to handle Riley)..

Best of all we had only 1 real run off to the horse poop..a couple of other tries but he came back when called...*G*

Two classes in one night? You both must be exhausted.

Essy and Meghan are taking classes on Mon (regular) and Tues (handling). Believe me, they both fall into bed when they get home on Tues and never move until morning. ;D

He he, let me know if you'd like to borrow Mata ;D She should be hormone free for a few more months...... I bet she'd be altogether different too. All of mine are different, which makes it very hard for me! Heck, I'm struggling to remember which dog I'm running at times! :p -Anne

Thanks but I think I'll pass..not that Mata isn't nice but having to train and travel with a small dog is kind of nice..LOL..I'm not sure I'm ready to work with another lab..although I have a young one in my intro class that reminds me alot of Riley at that age..LOL.

Now watch it Deb, last I knew this was a LABRADOR forum  :police:

And Mata DOES love Riley and Robbie... heck, she's half Riley's size and yet big enough so you'd not trip over her either! She is however, rather obnoxious w/ her kisses and huggies, so that would probably upset Riley (Mr Mama's boy). LOL... just giving you "stuff" because I can. ;D
