Need to rehome 4 year old white lab

My daughter is looking for a good home for her female white lab. She is going through serious medical issues and can’t put the time in to exercise her or give her any attention. Oakley is 4 years old, she has a lot of energy. She does well walking on a leash but has a habit of jumping up on people when she’s excited but I think that habit could easily be fixed with a little training. She’s spayed, she is crated at night and doesn’t make a peep until she hears her food bowl being filled in the morning. She lives in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota.
