Koda is 8 weeks post-op. Right now she's asleep against my leg and enjoying her first taste of freedom.

Bad girl on Couch, but she's up here now so she can stay. =)

Kel, you are such a softie!!!!
Sweet girl deserves a little couch time after all she's been through.
Enjoy the snuggle. You've both have been through a lot.

She's not supposed to jump up, yet
That's really hard for them to understand, isn't it? When Jes was on strict "no jumping" orders when we were trying to determine if he ruptured a ligament or just strained a muscle he defied that order whenever possible. I'd turn around and he would jump up on the bed.

By the way, how is Mr. Tuck dealing with Koda snuggling up with mom?

I'd think it would be MUCH harder on the joints jumping down than in the jumping up. Enjoy the snuggle and help her get down gently.

Great that she is healing and getting some freedom. I don't know how I would every keep HK from jumping up on the couch or bed or running the stairs in either directrion, or bouncing like a pogo stick if I had a ball in my hand.

He's not a fan.. but he'll just crawl up on the couch beside koda and pout.. but he gets the bed at night and she doesn't, so it's all good =)

Yeah.. there's no fetching so she hasn't seen a ball in months.. it's all about foresight.
