It isn't often I wish for a little intervention but today I am tired and thankful for the impending storms.

My Labs don't want to go out for retrieves, my beagles are hunkering down (Meg in fine OCD licking form, Dar hugging one of Paddy's old rest spots), Rusty is happy to lay around grooming Flynn's back, Seamus is just quietly waiting for his turn on the computer and Scamp is happy at my feet.

All their little tail-tips are wagging on the floor, so I guess it's all okay.

The Lord sends you what you need, Nance. ;) Whether it be the ability to change a brake light, or peace and quiet in advance of impending thunderstorms, you will get what you need. May the storms be refreshing and rejuvenating, and may you feel better tomorrow.

Nance

We have had our share of storms here in Kirkwood the last 4 days. Zack head to the bedroom when the first thunder boom sounds. Just have to check on him every once and awhile. Belle is OK with storms, but the minute you bring out the vacuum, off she runs.

So. Just keep them close and Love them.
